Description
A report from John Dowdy on an amendment to the Voting Rights Bill and communist riots at the University of California and in Chicago; In the first section, the report discusses an amendment to the Voting Rights Bill that would discourage the stealing of elections. Dowdy warns against the totalitarian authorty that the Voting Rights Bill has given the Attorney General. The second and third sections discuss communist influenced riots at the University of California and in Chicago. The final section lists constituents who visited Dowdy.
