A report from John Dowdy on the Washington Action Project, the Voting Rights Bill, low-fat cheese, and a test city for federal control; In the first section, Dowdy informs his constituents of the Washington Action Project riot in Washington, DC. The second section disscuses the House and Senate agreement on the Voting Rights Bill. The third section is a notice to dieters about a new low-fat cheese developed by the Department of Agriculture. The fourth section explains a suggestion of experimentation with total federal control of a city. The final section lists constituents who visited Dowdy.

Description
An account of the resource
A report from John Dowdy on foreign aid, the Voting Rights Bill, and the state of the U.S. Constitution; In the first section, Dowdy reports on an increase in authorized foreign aid and his opposition to this increase. The second section discusses a proposed amendment to foreign aid to Latin America that was defeated. In the third section Dowdy expresses his disappointment in the passing of the Voting Rights Bill and warns of destructive demonstrations and mobs. Dowdy reports that the passing of this bill has annulled the Constitution. The fourth and final section calls for the restoration of the U.S. Constitution.
